My name is Leslie Baker, and I began my journey in healthcare over 20 years ago. With hands-on experience across multiple roles in a healthcare practice—ranging from front desk and medical assistant to marketing, administrator, VP, CXO, and COO—I bring a comprehensive understanding of operations at every level.
In my 20+ years in Healthcare, I have seen drastic changes, from the evolution of PMs to EMRs, HIEs, HIPAA, MU, PQRS, eRx, the reinvention of ACOs, VBC, and the introduction to AI. I swam in alphabet soup for years with a new set of letters being added every year. Keeping your head above water and working on your business (not in it) simultaneously seems difficult at best, correct? I remember always looking for a simple solution to remain positive, effective, efficient, and, above all, successful.
That is why I developed this company. Whether the task is as simple as writing a job description, creating a process, looking for process improvement with a fresh set of eyes, helping with culture shift or creation, marketing ideas, or helping in whatever acronym you are submerged in for the day, we want to help!
